Refund policy

• Return Time Limit: Customers can apply for return, exchange or full/partial refund within 30 calendar days after receiving the package.
• Goods Condition: Returned stage lights must remain unused, undamaged, with original carton, foam packaging and all accessories complete. Products damaged by personal improper operation are not eligible for free return.
• Refund Process: After we receive and inspect the returned goods, the refund will be issued to your original payment account within 7 working days.
• Shipping Fee Rule: If the product has quality defects, we will bear the return shipping cost. For personal reason returns, the customer shall undertake the round-trip logistics fee.
• Damaged Delivery: If items arrive broken due to logistics collision, please provide unboxing photos/videos within 48 hours after receipt for free replacement or refund.
